User Settings is where you manage your personal profile and preferences. Changes here apply only to your account - they don't affect other members of your organization.
Opening settings
Click your name or avatar in the bottom-left corner to open the user menu, then click Settings.
The Settings Panel
The panel shows your current name and email address at the top, followed by the Preferences section.
Preferences
Setting | Description |
First Name / Last Name | Your display name across YOSA - shown in team lists, canvas history, and generation logs. |
Generate Suggestions | Toggles whether YOSA shows follow-up suggestions after each chat response. On by default. Turn off if you prefer a cleaner chat experience. |
I consent to receiving marketing communications | Controls your consent to receiving e-mail messages: news, updates and deals from YOSA. |
Click Save Changes to apply any updates.
How to change your password
To change your password, simply log out of YOSA and click I forgot password on the login page. It will send you and e-mail that will allow you to set a new password.
Language and Theme
Language and theme preferences are set from the user menu directly - not from the Settings panel.
