Keyword & Topic Analysis

YOSA can automatically find keywords related to a topic or seed phrase, estimate their search volume, competitiveness, and trends, check your site’s ranking for any keyword, and verify the presence of an AI Overviews (AIO) result.

Alongside head terms, based on SERP analysis YOSA suggests topics (long-tail keywords) you can use to create new content.

Optimizing for these keywords increases both organic visibility and the chance of appearing in AI Overviews and AI Search.

How to perform keyword analysis

To start, provide a topic or phrase and ask YOSA for keyword analysis or suggestions. YOSA fetches the required data and returns a list of keywords with metrics so you can set priorities.

Results will be displayed in keyword components, described below.

Remember that you can always filter the data via prompt. For example:

  • “Show only keywords where my position is between 11 and 20.”
  • “Show only keywords with AI Overviews results where I have any position.”

Using keyword components

The keyword component is a standardized element that YOSA returns every time you ask it about keywords — not only during keyword research, but also when checking rankings or search volume. It can represent a single keyword or a list of them (multiple identical boxes in a list).

Below, we present the layout of a single keyword component along with descriptions of its elements:

In keyword & topic analysis (keyword research), you will always be provided with a list of keywords — collapsed by default — which you need to click on to see the detailed view shown above.

Clicking the eye icon next to a phrase adds it to daily keyword monitoring.

You can also use the actions visible at the bottom of the table to instantly generate content for the selected keyword.
