Troubleshooting & Common Issues
Even though YOSA is designed to be intuitive and reliable, you may sometimes run into issues or unexpected behavior. Some of these are intentional parts of the workflow, while others are known limitations of the current beta version.
This section explains the most common situations — why they happen, how to resolve them, and what features are planned for the near future.
If you encounter a problem that isn’t listed here, please let us know via the feedback form in app. Your reports help us improve YOSA faster.

YOSA generates SEO guidelines instead of text
This is not a bug.
When you ask YOSA to generate content, it will first create SEO guidelines. This is the expected behavior of our AI Agent.
It’s part of the YOSA workflow, which always produces guidelines first, and only then creates the final text for the keyword based on those guidelines.
The generated text doesn’t match my guidelines
Ask YOSA to correct the text by pasting your guidelines back into the chat. If that doesn’t help, try generating the text again in a new conversation.
From our testing, we’ve found that content quality can degrade when generating many texts within the same thread. For best results, we recommend generating each piece of content in a new, separate conversation.
YOSA says it generated text, but Canvas didn’t open
This is a known issue caused by a browser-side data reception error. To fix it, simply refresh the page.
If you encounter this, please report the bug using this form and include a link to the conversation plus your browser and device details.
Google Search Console integration doesn’t work
- Make sure the integration is added in the Integrations tab and assigned to the correct site. If not, add it again.
- If that doesn’t help, check that you’re logging into a Google account that has access to your domain in Google Search Console.
- If the account is correct, compare how your domain is added in GSC vs. YOSA — the issue may come from a mismatch (e.g., added with “www” in GSC but without “www” in YOSA).
- If both match and the issue persists, report it using this form.

I can’t delete/archive a conversation
This is not a bug. YOSA is currently in beta and does not yet support deleting or archiving conversations.
This feature will be added in the near future.
I can’t delete a recurring task
This is not a bug. YOSA is currently in beta and does not yet support deleting recurring tasks.
This feature will be added in the near future.
YOSA doesn’t insert charts into Canvas
This is not a bug. The Canvas editor does not currently support charts.
As a workaround, you can download the chart as an image and insert it manually into text copied from Canvas in any external editor.
Chart support inside Canvas will be added in the near future.
YOSA says it created a file, but I can’t download it
YOSA does not currently support generating downloadable files. Any “generated file” message is a hallucination of the AI model.
If this happens, please report it with a link to the conversation where the hallucination occurred using this form.
I can’t upload a file for analysis
YOSA does not currently support file uploads from users.
As a workaround, you can paste the file’s data as plain text into the prompt.
If you think file upload support would be useful, let us know via this form. Be sure to share which file types you’d like to analyze — your feedback is very valuable to us.
